The 'Flagship' of the transformation at Whalers is the
$33 million Five Star 'Sea Apartments'. Known simply as
BLUFF these One, Two and Three room luxury apartments
will all have absolute beach frontage. North facing
they will be overlooking our beautiful bay. 50 are being
built with a start date of Sept. 2009 and completion in 2010.
The apartments will be sold to the general public, with most
expected to be offered back to us on a lease back agreement.
the new apartments will complement a new
CONFERENCE FACILITY due for completion in mid 2010.
It's state of the art technology and increased seating
capacity will enable Whalers to entice the larger and
profiled events.
